Congratulations to Meg and Christian for their promotions this morning to 9 Kyu.  Congratulations also to the youth students who tested this afternoon . Great job everyone!

Hermon Rec Class Completion

Hermon Rec Classes completed their 6th week of training last night.  Amazing how fast 6 weeks goes by.  Both classes did a great job!  

They were able to get just a small taste of what karate is all about.  Stances, kicks, punches, self defense, speed drills, kata and kobudo.  

Thank you to all the parents and family members that made the time commitment so that your kids could train with us.

East Coast Karate & Self Defense

Congratulations to Sempai Craig Nichols on his dojo opening last night.  Sempai has worked very hard to make this dream of his come true.  Many students from the Orrington Dojo were on hand to help Sempai celebrate this event.
